I am from the Philippines and I am trying to have my XSS that suddenly won’t turn on repaired. I tried to put in an order request but it said that no service options are available. What should I do?

    :)

No services options available for Xbox Series S repair.

Where did you buy it from.or kook at the documentation

If it's from another country you must.mail.it back to an address in that country and provide that address for warranry purposes

If us the. You need a relative in the USA

Xbox consoles aren't offically sold in your country so repair.services aren't.available

If you bought it fro.a store you need to find out what they imported.or if you bought it from another country you need to.have an address in that country and ship.it to that address at your expense and have an return address for that region

As you can see xbox console hardware isn't supported in Philippines

So.it wasn't legally sold but imported if you bought it from a Philippines store and bi warranty doesn't carry over country to country only unlocked international phones do that which you pay a premium for like vertas 10000 dollar phones

Why is my xbox not displaying a picture now the update has been done

    Thanks for confirming.

If you’ve tried everything advised previously and the issue persists, then this would unfortunately indicate an internal hardware fault and the only option would be to purchase a new console. Perhaps upgrade to the Series X|S if possible.

The most recent system update may also be a contributing factor to this issue, but either way, you would still need to reach the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter screen (reset the console display settings) to try an offline update or factory reset - the last resort if all else fails.

Microsoft no longer officially repair or replace any Xbox One consoles. This service is only available for the Series X|S models, and the out-of-warranty costs can be expensive anyway:

If you decide to go to a third party repair store, be sure to go to a trusted reputable one with genuine Xbox components compatible for your country/region.

    Disc Drive

The launch Xbox is are no longer repaired and haven't been for several years, they're a decade old

I'm afraid I can't help you with self repair, but you could purchase an Xbox one S Or an Xbox series X and enjoy all of your disc based games. Even if repair was an option, picking up a one S would likely be less expensive

xbox not responding to anything :(

    No worries!

If this persists, then it’s unfortunately a hardware fault and the only option would be to request a repair or replacement for your console, or perhaps upgrade to the Series X|S. As per the Forum Guidelines, we can’t advise self-repair here.

If you want to consider an official repair or replacement from Microsoft, refer to:

Have a great day as well :)

I have a Xbox series s, I cant download anything, apps, games, even with storage space available and even if I own the game. I had this issue with the same account on my Xbox one

    good evening

There are a few possible reasons why you may be experiencing difficulty downloading games or apps on your Xbox Series S. Some possible causes include:

Network connectivity issues: Make sure your Xbox Series S is connected to a stable internet connection. Try restarting your router or modem and then reconnecting your Xbox Series S to the internet.

Insufficient storage space: Make sure you have enough storage space available on your Xbox Series S to download the game or app in question. You can check the available storage space by going to the System -> Storage menu on your Xbox Series S.

Account issues: Make sure you are signed in to the correct Xbox Live account, and that your subscription is up to date.

Xbox Live service issue: Xbox Live services may be down temporarily. You can check the status of Xbox Live services by visiting the Xbox Live Service Status page.
