no save tranfer, using same account

I am afraid that the game doesn't support cloud saves. Your data must have been stored only locally. That would be the reason why it cannot be accessed on your new PC.

Please note that not all games on PC platform has cloud saves unless you're using an Xbox console.

By transfarring save games from one console to another is not illegal. You may need to do this when for exampe you bought a new console and want to tranfer all items, SAVE GAMES, demos, avater items and of course your account. Your brother has tranferred
the save game and he has unlocked an achievement for that. There's no need to panic, because like you said ---importing a save game--- (transfer a save game may be more specific) is not illegal. Unfortunatly, the achievement has been unlocked by completing
that challenge and is stored on the online servers and there is no legal way to lock or remove that achievement once you have it unlocked. Once it has been unlocked, the points will pop-up by your total gamerscore and the achievement can be reviewed by your
games, but is it not illegal to tranfer save games from one console to the other.

If your have a laptop or pc you can move your game saves there with a tranfer cable or if your using a usb drive

Then after you donw that clear your cache

it is saved onto my hard drive and i would of just license tranfered it but i deleted my old account because it got hacked. and its only the three dlcs that arent working on this account other dlcs on other games are working.

u can try to tranfer all your saved games data, profile, pic, themes, to a usb drive. Then put new hard drive in - reformat - then tranfer all the data from usb back to new hard drive .. Then redownload all your other content
