No save data once upgraded to new console.

Congratulations for having a new Xbox console! I understand how important it is to keep your progress with every game you play. Switching devices should not let you lose the progress of your games. Many games are available to play on Xbox consoles, Windows devices, and mobile devices. When you're signed in with your Microsoft account on a device, your game’s progress saves to the cloud. This means that you can pick up where you left off in a game from another device. When using a new Xbox console, to continue the progress of the game from the old console, you need to sign in the same Microsoft account in the new device and download the games.

The cloud doesn’t just save your place in a game, it also saves your achievement progress. With achievements, you can see how far you’ve come in your game and earn bragging rights with your friends. If you mean the perfect night achievement,

-

To 100% the game you will need the following done:

Complete the story on either Normal or Hard AND New Game +

Complete all side-missions on BOTH save files

Complete all 400 Riddler Challenges once (data is shared on both save files)

Obtain all Gadgets and Upgrades once (data is shared on both save files)

Obtain Gold on all Riddler's Revenge challenges (as Batman)

In other words: You will have two save files. One on either Normal or Hard difficulty and one for New Game Plus. You will need to complete the story twice, complete all side-missions twice, complete all 400 Riddler Challenges once, collect all Gadgets once,
purchase all Upgrades once and complete all Riddler's Revenge challenges once.

If the data has not been overwritten with a new save, you can try deleting the profile from the console and re-download it again. Once the game is started, the data will sync again.

Have you tried removing your account from the console and also clearing local save data in Storage settings? Your console will restart once you clear the local save data, then sign back in.
