No Ryse Token Code Received

Bought Xbox One Sunset Overdrive bundle within the last week but did not have time to hook it up until now ;

I am concerned about whether I will get a code for Ryse as what others have received.

Am I still eligible?

Xbox live subscription with RYSE digital download code promotion not received

Hi came across a promotion on the xbox store while using my xbox one.

Purchase xbox live subscription 3months- 12months and received a free copy of RYSE digital download code.

I received and invoice stating a purchased 3months xbox live subscription but no mention of the RYSE download code.

How do I receive this code??

Not everyone received a Ryse game token. It was a limited offer that was given randomly to people who had hooked up their consoles and played on them before October 31.

I did receive the code for Three Months of Xbox Live but the pubG token for the downloadable content I still haven’t received.

I have a person that is trying to redeem his codes on his madden game in the amount of 5k tokens but once he got to a 1k he would was able to retrieve this token and when he pre ordered the game and was to supposed to receive a pre order token award...any
idea why he wouldn't be able to retrieve these tokens...he also was able to put in over the asked time on the game in order to receive these points...
