No Rewards

Hello,

I'm from Germany, so my english is not so well.

I'm member of the Reward Program since june 2015. But I saw, that I never got any points in my MyVIP Level. Why?

Also i preordered Resident Evil 7 and Ghost Recon and in the list where I have to preorder 3 titles, they are marked as "Pre Order now", but i did already.

Also i pay every month for Xbox Live Gold and I never got any Points for extending Xbox Live Gold.

This is very disappointing!

Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscription purchases are not eligible for MyVip. Looking at both of your posts, it seems that a bulk of your purchases are "Gold Packs" which are "in-game consumables" and therefore not eligible for MyVip progres

A staff member will review your account to verify there are no other issues. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply.

MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards). While
you received progress for your purchases last year, you did not obtain your first MyVIP star, and were therefore placed at the zero star level.

Purchases are only eligible for the offer if purchased during the offer period. Since your purchase of Resident Evil was made before the offer started, it was not eligible for the offer. Your purchase of Ghost Recon is awarding a punch at the punchcard at
the top of the page (the 1 - 2 - 3).

We do not give Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. The last time we did so was in July of 2014.
