No rewards still after twice being promised.

I still have not received my 50k points after buying an Xbox one s last month. I was promised "within two weeks of shipping" which was not true. The after opening a ticket here I was told "pending since the beginning of the month and will be deposited on
deposit day at the end of the month." Deposit day was yesterday and I still don't have my points. I don't understand why something this simple is so complicated. Please look into my account and provide my points asap. Thanks.

I'm still having this issue and after going through both online and phone Xbox tech support and the promise of a download code since the disc still shows as incompatible version, still nothing as of today. And since I gave away my original Reach disc to
a friend it's just on to a different game.

I would definitely think twice about participating in any beta testing. It's not as much the issue with the game as it is with me being directly lied to by Xbox support.

Today I finally got a reply after a week.

If you use the rewards program you aren’t eligible to receive the funds promised in these messages as:

“we do not give free £8 to our members because there are offers you can complete to earn Microsoft Rewards points”

So yeah that’s a bit of a kick in the teeth! No prizes for being a loyal user/supporter of Xbox.
