No rewards since June

have been accumulating Credits since May. You can see all your Credit events from your MyStatement on the MyRewards page.

Only purchases made in your Rewards Account region's currency are eligible for Rewards. Since you have been purchasing with Canadian dollars, and your account was a US Rewards Account, those purchases were not eligible for Rewards. Your purchases since enrolling
as a Canadian Rewards member on June 5th are the only purchases eligible for Rewards.

you have adjusted your email address as directed, we will have our platform team investigate if your emails are not being sent to the email we have on file.

Our investigation has uncovered a possible issue with a previous email address listed on your account. We are currently investigating if this is causing you to not properly receive your email messages with another team. Just wanted to give you an update
on your email issue.

I verified that my email address under contact settings was already correct. There is nothing in my spam/junk mail folder either.
