No rewards since i've joined in 2011

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

Achievements will only earn credits if there is a specific offer for them.

From the FAQ for that offer:

• Level 3: PILLAGE AND PLUNDER (UNLOCKED BY LEVEL 1) — Earn 1,000 Rewards Credits for completing five achievements in the game(s) you purchased as part of Level 1.

Since you did not purchase any games this month to complete level 1, you are not eligible for this offer. This achievement offer only applies to purchases made for this offer this month.

I logged in today to also see my rewards reset and all my 300,000 points gone. My 5 star status gone. It asked me to join program again. 2 days to complete activation. I've been member since 2011. Hope it's a glitch not actual Reset of benefits. Very bad
as a loyal Xbox gamer.

So guys and gals. How many points have you racked up since you joined Xbox Live Rewards? and how long have you been a member of it? Also do you do the surveys every month? Just curious that's all =)

I've been a member since May 2011 and have a total of 1010 points earned to date with 130 pending. I do the surveys every month.

This is my birthday month so I earned...GASP....20 msp. yay.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. By earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game
consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. In September 2015, we made some refinements to the
program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds. If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default rank. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

Since we do not see any eligible purchases this year, you have not yet earned any Credits.
