    No Rewards since 2014.


    I haven't received rewards in quite a while now. I have 3 items pending from January, March, and June of 2014. So what has happened since then? I've bought and renewed my membership atleast twice since. But I haven't received anything.

    if you might read here again, there is no more offer from Rewards for renewing gold since july the 1.

    I have not got any rewardpoint since I joined Xbox Live Rewards back in 2014! I have completed task but I get no points, ever! Please help me!

    Hello MrZombieTheIV,

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

    -or-

    2. By earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game
    consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. In September 2015, we made some refinements to the
    program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds. If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default rank. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
    get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    We only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount is beneath this amount, it has not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you are at 1000 or more pending
    Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page.

    It's best to post in the support section of this forum in order for support to check your account. Keep in mind that in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least
    1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold. Achievements will only earn credits if they are part of a specific offer.
