No rewards points since months

hello I get for months again no reward points more. despite a lot of purchases in the store. I had the problem once. Hope You can Help me again.

Almost a month since release and no points have been put on my reward account for the hard copy pre-order through microsoft store. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

As stated in the FAQ, we only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount is beneath this amount, it has not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you are
at 1000 or more pending Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page.

As stated on the Rewards site, the program is shutting down at the end of the month and turning into the Microsoft Rewards program. You had until June 15 to use your gems in the vault. Since it is now past that deadline. Any remaining gems you had would
be converted to Microsoft Rewards points at the end of the month.

@Onyx62is Are you certain? When I signed up for Xbox LIVE Rewards last summer all Reward Points had an expiry of 06/30/12. A few months back I checked since I still have Points saved and the date was changed to 06/30/13.

I posted in the Rewards Forum and was told that the new date applied to all Reward Points earned.

550 MS points or so. One month of Gold is 679 Bing Rewards points if one is Bing Rewards Gold. 100 MS points is 120 Bing Rewards points. 400 MS points is 475 Bing Rewards points.
