    No rewards Points since 22 November


    Hi,

    I am wondering why i haven't been receiving any rewards Points for the game purchases that i have made since the 22 of November. I have made purchases for games amounting to around about €175 but when i check my account in the rewards program nothing is showing
    and that is hard to believe as i do have a 4 Star Vip Status.

    Waiting for points to be converted

    hey, on december 1 I expected my points to be converted. Now it's december 14 and I still don't see any information in "myrewards" about when they will be converted.

    Since november 22 I got 52.500 points pending.

    When will I get it? No rewards Points since 22 November ;)

    no history of rewards before november 2016

    Hi, I joined xbox live rewards in 2011 and made purchases but I have no history of points or rewards before November 2016 any idea why? thanks

    Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from?

    Keep in mind that rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it would be too early to see credits pending for December purchases.

    Hi DrachenHerz62. Smwutches is correct. You were awarded payback Credits on your November purchases, but your December purchases have not yet been calculated. Those will show as pending by January 15th.

    Hi DrachenHerz62. Smwutches is correct. You were awarded payback Credits on your November purchases, but your December purchases have not yet been calculated. Those will show as pending by January 15th.
