No rewards points have been posting to my account

Hi there. According to my Xbox Live Rewards account, I have been a member since 10/15/2014. I have bought multiple games directly from the store on Xbox, yet only 1 of those purchases has given me points. Out of the $460 I've spent on the Xbox Store since
10/15/2014, only my purchase of Halo 5: Guardians has show in my account: "10/21/15 - Made First Purchase With Local Currency - 1,250 Credits". If you could please explain why this is happening and hopefully correct it, that would be great!

Rewards Credits not converting to Microsoft Points

Hello my December Rewards Points still have not converted to Microsoft Points. This has been going on for over a year now. Could you please monitor my account so I do not have to keep posting in the forum?

Hi Xbox Rewards I keep getting a message that my account needs to update in order to deposit my rewards point. I've update my account numerous of time but no points have been deposit. I'm lost at this point and don't know what to do please
help.

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

Furthermore, MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015
and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

I haven't been given my reward points for renewing my xbox live membership and I have 1500 pending points that wont deposit into my account

From the FAQ for the Simply Rewarding offer:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

After you have completed the offer, your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

Note that pending and deposited are two different Credit types. Pending Credits are undeposited, and are awaiting action to move to the deposited state. Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits
pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month. Therefore, your deposit will not occur until the end of the month.

It takes 96 hours for credits to show as pending, but not deposited after 96 hours. Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. Generally if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they
are deposited by the 30th of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month. So they would be scheduled to deposit at the end of the month.
