no rewards points for years

I have nnot received any rewards points for years now, i am completely oblivious as to why as i renew gold and actively use my account so wuld appreciate some help reagarding this issue, thanks !

Hi I'm and I've been using the xbox 360 when it was the original white console Im now on the standard Xbox One console I've spent well over 1k between the consoles alone never mind the amount of games being in the hundreds

yet I haven't received any rewards I was told I wasn't a member which didn't make a lick of sense so I re-registered again which was irritating. Now this brings me to my issue I've been a member of Xbox live gold for 7yrs so why is it I don't have the other
6yrs worth of reward points that I honestly should have or something of equivalent value? Which frankly I don't understand why this has happened and has been allowed to occur for so long without anyone noticing. I've spent over a thousand dollars on Xbox in
general so what happened that the reward system spat in my face for so many years?? Can someone help please.

and keep in mind I have mentioned this a couple of times and no one helped me then neither.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

We see that you have been a registered member since 2012, and have been appropriately Rewarded during that time frame.

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

All Microsoft points were deposited as of August 2013 with Microsoft points were discontinued and the program switched to Rewards credits. So your points would have been deposited several years ago.

Reward Points expire roughly a year later, I lost 450 MS points a couple of months ago.

If you're part of Microsoft Rewards, that program sometimes has an event where you can earn Microsoft Rewards Points by getting Achievements. It runs at least once a year for about a month. The event matches your Achievements up to 10,000; one Rewards Point for every Achievement Point. eg get 2,500 more Gamerscore that month and you get 2,500 Rewards Points.

That's pretty well the only time you can get Rewards Points from Achievements.
