No rewards points for my upgrade to the Xbox one s

Ah right, well I also saw the one about upgrading worth 30k reward points. I thought that was for current XB1 owners upgrading to XB1-S and the other that I mentioned worth 50k for 360 owners upgrading to a brand new XB1/XB1-S.

Not exactly their finest hour in clarity. Still I expect some points coming my way as the offer was the only reason I chose to upgrade and buy it direct from Microsoft - even if its the lower 30k amount.

Credits for that offer should be seen 15 business days after shipping. I see that our FAQ does not have this information, and we are reaching out to our web team to update it. Apologies for the confusion. If you do not see these Credits at that time, let

It's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum for assistance with the Rewards program, but in order to qualify for that offer you do have to be an Xbox One owner upgrading to a One S. You may want to post in the Rewards forum to see if 360 members
