No rewards points for months

Been months since I have received any rewards points for anything. I saw somewhere that there are no longer rewards for renewing live gold? Hope not, it still shows on the my rewards page that gold renewal is part of it! So I would like my points please.

Hello FrankensEliteJr,

As stated in the FAQ, we only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount is beneath this amount, it has not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you are
at 1000 or more pending Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page.

hello I get for months again no reward points more. despite a lot of purchases in the store. I had the problem once. Hope You can Help me again.

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to rec I've credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

Yes. Credits for renewals ended in 2014. The chart you're showing is a breakdown of how you may have previously earned credits, not a current list of offers. All offers for earning credits are listed on the Missions page of the site.

Hello Mc3ain,

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

As shown in the picture you provided, "* This chart represents offers over the lifetime of the program. Some of these offers may not be currently available." As stated previously, Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals was discontinued three years ago.

If you're part of Microsoft Rewards, that program sometimes has an event where you can earn Microsoft Rewards Points by getting Achievements. It runs at least once a year for about a month. The event matches your Achievements up to 10,000; one Rewards Point for every Achievement Point. eg get 2,500 more Gamerscore that month and you get 2,500 Rewards Points.

That's pretty well the only time you can get Rewards Points from Achievements.
