No rewards points associated with my account

I have been purchasing games/media through Xbox marketplace for years, and I have not received any rewards points in any way. Ive spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars.

Please let me know.

I need my rewards Points! Different gamer tag from my email

I have a primary email that is not associated with my Xbox name. My primary email has all my reward points on it. But does not have my gamer tag on it.

I need to get my pending reward point converted to microsoft cash and access my account

How do I redeem points if my phone number gets declined

I have tons of reward points on my account yet when I go to use them it says cannot continue because the phone number cannot be used even though that is my number associated with that account

We see that you are not a Rewards member. In order to earn Xbox Live Rewards Credits, you must be a Xbox Live Rewards member.

Please bear in mind that Microsoft Rewards is available in many regions, but not all, and the rewards/offers may vary accordingly.

We only see one Rewards Account associated with your user account. If you registered for a Rewards Account on a different Microsoft Account, it would have created a Rewards Account for that Microsoft Account instead.

Since Colombia is not a valid Rewards region, we cannot complete a deposit into your account. Your deposit is failing since the only payment account on your Microsoft Account is associated with the COP currency. You would need to create a Microsoft Payment
Account associated with the US region. This is mentioned in the FAQ:

How do I make sure my Microsoft account is properly set up to receive Xbox Live Rewards deposits?

In order to receive deposits in the form of your country's local currency, your Microsoft account must be transitioned to currency. As long as you have a billing address on file in your account,
you simply need to redeem an Xbox gift card, a Microsoft Points card, or a Microsoft Points code with your Microsoft account to begin your account transition.
