    No rewards pending or updated


    hi there I've not had any credits or emails or anything to do with rewards since 2015, I spend a lot of money on games and renew live every year, I have a good collection of games on Xbox one from new disc to digital download, I thought rewards is an incentive
    please can you look into this for me I also have another 6 new games to install over next few days too

    Apart from the January survey, my rewards are no longer being updated as pending, or being deposited. Any Ideas ?

    Rewards HELP!!!

    It looks like I revived some of my rewards ($60+ deposit) but I still have over 20,000 rewards points pending and still says my account needs to be updated.

    Please help me fix this issue!

    Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

    you would need to post on the rewards forums but do note that the rewards system is changing

    anyone with pending points are having them issue to the gamertag as the points will be phrased out when the new dashboard update gets released.

    200 points for renewing Gold membership

    You have to be an Xbox live rewards member. If you already are, then the points should be pending. The points always pend for a while if you earn them from Xbox live rewards
