    Missing Rewards Deposists for 2months

    Hello Unidentified User,

    This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues only. We do not see any Rewards Account for the gamertag TheRealLeek03. If you are asking about a billing issue, you should reach out to Xbox support (Contact Us | Xbox Support).

    No rewards in over 2months

    Preorders don't count towards VIP, so you would not receive a rebate on Forza. However, it should have counted towards the Forza offer running at that time so you should have 5,000 credits pending for that purchase. Support will double check that for you.

    From the FAQ:

    What content can I earn a % back on purchases for?

    Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify towards your MyVIP Star Rank and % back on purchases, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes,
    movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, subscriptions like EA Access and Xbox Game Pass, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points
    or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.



    Since your purchase was a pre-order, it was not eligible for MyVIP, and therefore did not award payback. Since it did not qualify for either an offer or MyVIP, it did not award Credits.
