No rewards from gold and gamepass quests

Hello,

I have been having issues with the gold and gamepass quests for the past few months and despite completing the quests i dont get my mystery rewards. I have opened multiple cases with xbox support over this and i have now been told to post here. I am assuming
i dont get entered into the prize draws either as it seems my progress isnt registering properly.

Hopefully i can finally get this resolved and receive the rewards I have earned.

February Xbox Gold Quest Gamepass code already redeemed

The gamepass code I received as a gold quest reward for February is showing as already redeemed. I haven’t used it and no one has access to my account besides me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Oct quest and Nov quest

First, Oct quest, I never got my reward for xbox live quest.

Second, xbox (i completed the quest and no rewards) and gamepass quest (I completed 5 different days and never got it)

I suggested to add progress tracker and it more easier to see it.

 

For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer
support.

 

Site don't deal with quest, they just tell us to post here. Then you ambassadors post that link lol. Nothing is being done and nobody knows nothing.

 

Like i said i have opened multiple cases with xbox support and they are telling me to post here. Nobody seems to want to deal with this issue and just keep passing it around.
