    No Rewards from Game pass challenges nor Gold Challenges of October and November


    As stated in the title, I have not received any rewards at all from the challenges from Gold and Gamepass on XBL, I have even went through the trouble of completing all tiers of the challenges i order to receive anything intriguing. I've waited the whole
    month and I've received nothing.

    Been gold for 2 years can't claim active for 6 months VIP gems why

    Gems just started on October 1 (November 1 for the game pass challenge), so it hasn't been 6 months yet.

    Support will check on the gems for gold, but keep in mind that gems only started on October 1, so it would only be possible to have gotten the gems once so far. The challenge for game pass started on November 1, so it would be too soon to earn gems for that

    Thank you for the answer! I had no idea when the counter for gold started. I guess it will start dropping in soon for both of them :)

    But I have been xbl gold for over 2 years now and says I have to have a active gold for more than 6 months I have had that but not received the gems

    @Mister Parks: I don't think it's a problem about my connection, it's simply a bug that not prevent the exceeding of maximum daily challenges that I can complete (5).

    @Lord BaneJ: like I said before, I think only it's a bug, and now the information is stored on Microsoft servers.

    In addition, why Microsoft don't give possibility to play challenges of passed months? I start to use this game in december and I cannot play challenges of october and november, and cannot complete december.
