No rewards from April.

    Didn't receive my 20 dollar credit

    11th of April no answer from live rewards....

    5000 point rewards from the vault missing

    There are no pending reward points. Just some from april (250 and 193 points).

    No rewards from April.

    MyVip is not posted until around the 15th of the following month so it would be a little too early to see that yet. Additionally, there may be a slight delay with April's deposit due to a bug. A staff member will reply here to determine if you were effected.

    The staff works Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply. They do not work on the weekends.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. Due to an issue with some preview program members, we have delayed payback of April MyVIP to ensure that members are appropriately Rewarded at the correct subscription status. This means that the Credits for April will not
    be seen as pending until this issue is resolved. Again, apologies for the delay.

    The app was discontinued in April. You can view Rewards from the Rewards tab in your profile now.
