    No rewards for september and % my vip down : why ?


    I bought : 5/09 deus ex, 13/09 preorder mafia3, 16/09 recore, 27/09 Forza horizon 3, 30/09 treasure map fh3 nad 11/10 gears of war 4........bua, where are my credits rewards ? and then because my level vip 87% (gears purchase) to 80%?

    check please .... because you do not understand anything more.

    Didn't get my VIP rewards

    I didn't get my VIP rewards for my purchases in August and I don't see my September rewards calculation on my rewards page...please help

    To Xbox Live Reward Team

    My reward VIP rank 5 to August,it was 5 until September.

    Rank after last week to confirm it had been to 4 and next percentage 80%

    Rank after a little while ago to confirm it had been to 4 and next percentage 43%

    It is to re-calculation in September I knew, but it's why to change even after September?

    I want you to tell me because the rule of the calculation do not know.

    Xbox One achievement problems prevent games from being completed

    @Randver and MyKill - There Rewards program does not award credits for achievements. Prior to September 2014, your VIP status was based off gamerscore and VIP rebates were listed as "MyAchievement" rebates. As of September, the VIP program changed to Star
    levels which is based on how much you spend in the marketplace. So currently you don't earn anything for achievements or gamerscore.

    Yeah mine dropped to 0!

    From the FAQ:

    — Why did my Star Rank change as of September 1?

    A. In September, a year after we first launched MyVIP, we re-evaluated the program and made adjustments where necessary. In order to respond to our growing membership numbers and expanded regions, we adjusted the levels of MyVIP to better focus on offering
    additional monthly missions and other ways to earn for more members around the globe. We are also focused on adding more ways to Reward our most loyal VIP members with additional special offers and VIP Exclusives events.
