No rewards for awhile

Discus and support No rewards for awhile in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; Hi, I've been making purchases every month and have seen no rewards.     I've been making purchases every month and have seen no rewards. Could someone look into this for me please?

    After reviewing your account, we see that your last MyVIP payback was in February. In March, you opted in to the Simply Rewarding offer. Since purchases cannot go towards more than one offer, your purchases went towards completing that offer and not MyVIP payback.
    Since you did not complete that offer, it did not award offer completion Credits. Due to some issues with some preview program members' Gold subscriptions, April payback has been delayed. Apologies for the inconvenience. Once we are able to resolve that issue,
    April payback will be awarded. Regarding your payback for any May purchases, in case you were unaware, MyVIP payback is awarded as a monthly whole and placed as pending midway through the following month, so that payback has not yet been awarded.
