No rewards ever! Why am I even signed up?

hi I have been a member of xbox live rewards programme for a good number of years (5+) and regularly purchase content from the microsoft store like Games and Add on's for games however I have never received any credits back. As a long time user and after
seeing many people including friends in my gaming community check there's and find credits credited I'm left wondering why I have not received any? I have spent alot of money on the Xbox store and have had no rewards at all

Signed even though I will never ever play HC CTF. I have no idea why the hardcore playlist isn't an EXACT replica of the core modes.

Xbox rewards

Hi, I signed up to Xbox rewards some time ago and have recently signed in to rewards site and have found I have had no rewards gained even thou I have spent a lot of money of digital download games on Xbox online

We see that you have received Credits for your purchases as recently as July 4th, with a deposit on July 26th. Keep in mind that you can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards). You can also see a statement of all your Credit and Deposit events from the MyStatement,
located near the bottom of this MyRewards page.

They got 5$ for free and i didnt and i am signed up for the rewards

I am also a member at Points.com. Not ALL rewards programs allow you to exchange points from other programs into points for their programs and vice versa. I signed up, hoping to be able to exchange Gamestop Powerup Rewards points into XBL Rewards points
and it isnt gonna happen . Both programs only allow you to track your points on points.com which makes me wonder why they are even registered with that site since we can do that without having points.com. The site isnt what they make it out to be but it still
can be useful for other rewards programs

I have clarified the issue with the pending credits and that's no longer an issue but still wondering why I've barely ever received any rewards/% back on purchases even after the changes to the reward scheme, despite having a vip rank.

I've just signed up for rewards.......the day after I spent over 1800msp on Crysis lol!
