April VIP rewards?

I bought $280 worth of games during the month of April and yet I have no pending rewards at for that month. Could someone please look into this for me. It seems as though my rewards haven't been coming through properly for a few months now, it's getting
annoying to have to keep coming here and requesting someone to look into my account.

Hello JOSH uwahhhh,

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress
at (Xbox Live Rewards). You can also see that you have had multiple deposits to your account from the MyStatement on that page, which can show you the lifetime activity of your account. Since
you have not made any purchases or completed any offers in the last four months, you have not earned any Credits.

We see that these offers all completed as intended. Please keep in mind that as stated in the FAQ for these offers, it can take up to 96 hours for us to receive and process new information. Regarding FREE Ride and One, Two, FREE, Fortnite is not an eligible
game for FREEdom, so these offers did not complete. While the Battle Royale mode for that game is free, the game itself is not free to play currently, and is not eligible, and is not listed on the free to play page (https://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/free-to-play).
We will adjust these offers to complete, but please keep this in mind for any future FREEdom offers. You should see these adjustments complete the offers shortly.

So are you telling me a staff member will go through my account and apply retroactive rewards or a staff member will come by to tell me I have no options?

A staff member will confirm that rewards are not applied retroactively.

There is a current known issue with rewards coming through and not being updated. Please be patient and see if the rewards are updated in the coming days. I believe some of this has to do with system overload - lots of people playing games with the current
global situation.

Please be patient, and if the rewards haven't activated on your account in a couple of days, come back here and post that they still haven't come in and you've waited out a few days.

Same issue here. I redeemed for the 5,000 points last week and still do not see any credits pending on my rewards account. I've received all other rewards the same day, but I have not seen anything come through for this reward yet after 5 days.
