Discus and support no rewards at all in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; i've buyed a bunch of games since the Xbox rewards launch and havent received any rewards at all. any one know how to ask a solution thanks...     i've buyed a bunch of games since the Xbox rewards launch and havent received any rewards at all.

    I have been every Rewards number since it started and I haven't received any points whatsoever since I filled out the form and submitted it to you guys when you announced the rewards program I have called before about this and nothing has been done now I'm
    told to come here and tell you guys about it so you guys can go back and figure it out and get my points for me I have not received any points since this has started but I have received email stating that I have and that I got this and that kind of trust or
    something now but yet no gamerscore no no achievements but my gamerscore is 100% your system is messed up somewhere with me and I'd appreciate if you guys fix it thank you

    In order for support to check into your account, you'll need to post in the support section of this forum.

    If you can post any specific offers you're looking for credits from, it will help them look. In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to
    receive VIP rebates.

    REWARDS NOT WORKING AT ALL

    You would want to post in the support section of the forum in order for support to check into it for you. Keep in mind that in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at
    least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. Achievements will only earn credits if they are part of a specific offer.

    Hello DrDynamite419,

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

    -or-

    2. By earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game
    consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    Since you were a zero star member, you did not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).
    Since your recent promotion in September, I see you have begun receiving MyVIP payback for your eligible purchases. Please note that the total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your
    account by the 15th of the following month, so it is too early to see Credits for any October purchases.
