No rewards added

Discus and support No rewards added in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I feel this Xbox live rewards it's like of rubbish.     No rewards added


    I feel this Xbox live rewards it's like of rubbish. Just spent £80 pre ordering the call of duty ww2 and got a email to say I will receive 12000 rewards credits it's been over 2 months now and got nothing. What's the point in paying so much money for a game
    u can't sell off after if there is no rewards for it. Disappointed. After 9 years of being with Xbox it's not worth it.

    i did a survay yesterday and it did not add to my xbox live rewards but i checked if it was added today and still no reward points were added

    Hello SargentDynamit8,

    As mentioned in your previous post (I didn't get reward credits), the alternate retail value of your free map pack was $15
    USD, which we have already adjusted as a $5 and then $10 amount.

    If you preordered on or after October 1, it would have counted as a punch towards your games on demand punchcard. You would have needed 2 other eligible purchases to complete the offer and receive the credits. There were no offers for just that game.

    No points when redeemed on Xbox?

    There is a wait time for the rewards to be added. Check the rewards website to see if they've been added or post in the rewards section of the forums for further assistance.

    Since the "One Step Closer" offer took place in February, before Ghost Recons was released, your purchase would have been a preorder and preorders are not eligible for VIP.

    The VIP boost to the extra star was an offer that ran in February. Since your purchase was in March, it did not qualify. Your Ghost Recon purchase only qualifies for the Simply Rewarding offer, which is currently running.

    That email offer is only for physical disc purchases off of MicrosoftStore.com. Since you made a digital purchase, it was not eligible for that offer. There is the Games on Demand offer for digital purchases, but your purchase was made before
    the offer, and therefore not eligible for that offer.

    Lifetime Credits include already deposited Credits into your account. They will appear as refunds with negative amounts (since we are adding funds and not removing them) on your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/).
