No reward recieved

Discus and support No reward recieved in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I did all the quests, logged in to mixer 5 times, gamerscore increased by ~500, and downloaded 2 free gold games.     No reward recieved


    I did all the quests, logged in to mixer 5 times, gamerscore increased by ~500, and downloaded 2 free gold games. Why i didnt recieve my reward?

    havent recieved any of my reward points

    i have made numerous purchases and recieved trophies but got no rewards points

    Not synching with my purchases

    My xbox rewards are no longer synching with my purchases, I have spent around 200 dollars in the last 2 months and havent recieved any rewards points for my purchases

    For help with that offer, You'll need to post in the sales and promotions forum. You'll also want to post which month you're looking for prizes from. Keep in mind that prizes are sent within the following month. So if you're looking for prizes from November,
    it would be too soon to have received them.

    Hello Torvald Helmer,

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/     .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
    the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
    get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

    After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known internal database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly

    We see that the tokens were assigned to your account, and are currently awaiting use on your redemption page. This page can be accessed from the Trove section of the FREEdom Rewards page. Keep in mind that it can take up to 96 hours to receive and process
    new activity, so coins do not show up immediately after activity.
