No reward points since weeks for buys

I bought a few xbox one games over the last few weeks but i didnt receive any reward points. I am currently at level 5 for 10 %. Please check.

Microsoft Rewards isn't giving me my points

I had bought an Xbox One X on the releasing date for it. I wasn't until yesterday that I was informed that there was a. Rewards system. The rewards system grants 50000 points to whoever buys an Xbox One X. Since I bought the Xbox One X prior to the acknowledgement
of the rewards system, I think that I should still be eligible for the 50000 rewards points.

 

No rewards points since months

As stated in the FAQ, we only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount is beneath this amount, it has not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you are
at 1000 or more pending Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page.

 

VIP rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So if the puchases were made in August, you should see those credits over the next few days. If you made the purchase in September, you should see the credits
pending in October.

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.
