no reward points or pending points have gone in my account?

I've recently just started Xbox rewards 12/30/16 and since the 31 I've purchased a game and earn 1100+ gamer score but it doesn't show pendin points for either of them and help?

Microsoft Xbox Reward Points not being added to my account

On Xbox live rewards it says I have 11,400 reward points and they have been "pending" for some time one since 02/28/17. The submit a request deposit button is just flat out gone. This is my first time having an issue with rewards program and my Microsoft
account has had the 11,400 points added or any in fact since 02/22/17 why are they still all pending and not being added to my account?

I spent 250 gems for a 5000 point reward . My gems are gone but I can’t find any record of a 5000 point deposit or a pending transaction. Can I get some help please?

 

What offers are you looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

 

I purchased for honor gold edition

And the pie chart that's in the my rewards section doesn't show what I've been earning it's just gray

 

The pie chart is a breakdown of how you may have previously earned credits. Since you haven't been in the program long, it won't show anything yet.

For Honor would count as a punch towards your Games on Demand punchcard. You would need 2 more eligible purchases to complete that offer and receive the credits.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).
As Smwutches says, your pre-order of For Honor would go towards the Games on Demand offer. However, as it is a pre-order, it will not award MyVIP progress.
