No reward points gained for purchase

I spent 89 Euro for mass effect andromeda, but didn't gain the 6000 reward points (for my mission) for it. what do we do now?

Accumulated Microsoft Points decreased

Have you gained any MS Points through promotions (Xbox Rewards, Bing Rewards, etc)? Those MS Points have an expiry period, and will be remove after a certain time. It's only MS Points that you purchase that are permanent.

If the above is not the case, check your purchase history for any unusual purchases.

AM I THE ONLY "ONE" HAPPY BECAUSE THERE WILL BE NO MORE MICROSOFT POINTS????

I like points because I get them from Bing Rewards. Due to how taxation works, MS doesn't tax points that are gained from Bing Rewards. They do tax online purchases due to my state collecting sales tax, so this means I'll be "paying" more for digital titles
than I do now.

It takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process new information, as stated in the FAQ for this offer:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

After you have completed the offer, your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

Since your purchase was on the 16th, your Credits were processed yesterday and are now pending in your account.

There are two different "points" systems I'm aware of.

If you mean Xbox Rewards, points gained from there are mainly from digital purchases.

If you mean
Microsoft Rewards (found on Bing), then you should earn points from making purchases at the Microsoft Store, at a rate of 1 point per 1 dollar (as it currently stands).

You can check your points statements at either system's dashboard page.
