No reward points for purchasing xbox one s

Hi! I purchased an xbox one S through the Microsoft store on black Friday, I always collect xbox live reward credits. However, I forgot in all the rush to apply the code, I only just remembered and I was wondering if there is a way I can get the rewards
points as I did purchase through the official store? I was devastated that I didn't do this code because I have been with xbox for over 6 years and I love to collect the credits Thanks!

Points not being awarded

My reward points for purchasing an Xbox One X and Xbox One S are not being credited to my account.

There are no visible terms and conditions as with Halo Master Chief Collection. I own both consoles.

Just wondered when or if anyone else is having problems with receiving the 50,000 rewards points for purchasing an Xbox one s through the Microsoft store.

I have fulfilled all terms and conditions but still see no reward for the promotion offered.

The code provided is just to waive the cost of expedited shipping. Your Rewards Credits are only tied to your purchase, and not the code. You should expect to see your Credits pending 15 days past the shipment date. If you do not see the Credits by that
time, let us know!

Did you purchase the Xbox One S the promotional period? If not (including buying it before then), it's unlikely the Rewards programme will award you the points.

The code was only to offset the price of expedited shipping and is not necessary for to receive the credits. The credits should show as pending about 15 days after the console ships.
