No reward points coming my way

Hi.

I haven't received any reward points from Xbox since I changed over from my 360 to xbox one. Why am I not receiving these? I download games and unlock achievements so I should be getting some surely. I also received an email saying that I would gain 50,000
points if I bought the new xbox one S console from the Microsoft store using a code you guys sent and I haven't received those either. Please help. Thanks

Missing Reward Points?

I have been buying games on Xbox since the my start in the program in August and still haven't received any points. I have pre-ordered and purchased probably 7 games and done the reward surveys and still no reward points are coming in.. What am i supposed
to do?

 

Never got Xbox Reward points for buying Xbox One. Can I get Microsoft Rewards points instead?

I never got the Xbox Rewards points (or any points, from any of my purchases) from buying my Xbox One X. Now that program is no more, and they're running an offer for 50,000 points if you buy a One X. Is there any way I can get those points in substitution
for never receiving my Xbox Rewards points?

 

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

Achievements don't earn credits unless they are part of a specific offer.

The credits for the console offer should show as pending about 15 business days after the console ships.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

-or-

2. By earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders,
game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. In September 2015, we made some refinements to the program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds.
If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default rank. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress
at (Xbox Live Rewards).

Achievements/gamerscore do not award Credits unless a part of a specific offer.

As Smwutches says, you should see Credits for your console purchase 15 business days after it is shipped.
