I preordered the disc and I haven't received my Banjo Kazooie code or my 15,000 rewards points yet

There were no offers to receive 15,000 credits just for purchasing those games digitally. There was an offer to receive 15,000 credits if you preordered them as physical discs from microsoftstore.com

The Rewards program is running an offer to receive 15,000 credits if you preorder a game from microsoftstore.com. So you would receive 15,000 credits instead of the $10 gift card from microsoftstore.com.

There are no offers to receive credits just for preordering that game. If you preordered it on or after October 1, it would count as a punch towards your games on demand punchcard. You would need 2 other eligible preorders to complete the offer and receive
the 15,000 credits.

I'm having the same issue. Preordered Skyrim, Final Fantasy XV, and Dead Rising 4. They all say "you preordered", but only have two punches and I have not received the rewards points. I tried to contact support but they said all we could do was post the
issue in the forum to bring it to their attention. I hope they resolve this quickly 15,000 rewards points are a lot to loose over a bug/glitch in the system.
