No reward credits for my xbox 1 s purchase,

Hi I purchased the xbox 1s through you and received it on 29/11 using my account that I already had with the store. I have yet to receive the points to my reward account. Please advise what the process was meant to be. Thanks

No Rewards for purchases

Mine Rewards credits are not posting again. According to my rewards history, I received a credit on Jan 31 for purchases and a credit on Feb 1 for Games on Demand Pre-Order Punchcard. On March 31, I received 5000 VIP credit. From Feb 1 through Mar
1, my purchases were $64. For April, they ware $264. I am at 5 star VIP Rank. Please help. I also show on Feb 1, purchase of ME Andromeda, GR Wildlands, and For Honor. That should account for the Punchcard Reward.

I made a purchase of an Xbox one s through the Microsoft store and never received my 50,000 credits

Made the purchase of the space grey Xbox one s and never received my 50,000 rewards credits. How do I go about claiming them? Or does my purchase for some reason not qualify?

Haven't gotten the credits for this either and i'm not getting reward credits for purchases i made in december with my MyVIP 1 star rank.

This offer is only eligible for games you purchase and complete level 1 of the offer with. From the FAQ:

Level 3: Ford the River (UNLOCKED BY LEVEL 1) - Earn 5,000 Rewards Credits for completing five achievements in the game(s) you purchased as part of Level 1.

Level 2: Find a Bunker (UNLOCKED BY LEVEL 1) — Earn 4,000 Rewards Credits for completing five achievements in the game(s) you purchased as part of Level 1.

Since this is the current monthly offer, only titles purchased for this offer this month are eligible. We see that your Credits from the last monthly offer (Pandemic Rewards) were deposited on the 25th. They were placed as pending by the 9th last month.

xbox live rewards deposits credits into your xbox live rewards account based on a variety of activities such as purchases through MS. I got 15,000 credits in march 2016 for buying the division. I bought battlefield 1 in oct 2016 and never got the reward.
