no reward credit for 2 years

hi everyone i have been getting xbox reawrdsfor over 2 years now and i renewed my gold (12 months) 2 now and have not recieved the requesred xbox rewards credit and was wondering if that is a mistake or a error or something that went wrong

any help would be great

I haven't received Xbox Live Reward credits for purchases in a couple years

I started experiencing problems with my microsoft account after changing the email a couple years ago. Account related emails still went to my old email, and I no longer earned reward credits on any purchase. I also was unable to apply any reward credits
to purchases on my xbox. I was previously able to make one purchase with reward credits before this problem happened. My balance has been around 60,000 for a couple years and has not changed, but I get a monthly reward report each month to an old email (the
report always says zero credits earned).

I have probably spent several thousand USD in the last couple years, and have not received reward credits for any of these purchases.

Reward Credits stemming back to 360 haven't been converted to current Microsoft credits

I get a monthly rewards statement saying I ahve about 5700 reward points or credits. They were supposed to be converted into microsoft dollars when it went over 5000 points. It has been over 5000 points since around the time xbox one came out. When they
switched from microsoft ponts to dollars there has been an issue with getting credit on my purchases in the xbox store. So, I have two problems. The conversion of the over 5000 points has not been turned into microsoft dollars for about 2 years. Secondly,
I have not been getting credit for those purchases in the last two years into the existing rewards system on the xbox store on my xbox one. I have spent alot of money in the store with no credit.

We see that you chose to opt out of the program on March 9th this year. Since you must be a Xbox Live Rewards member to earn Rewards Credits, you are not eligible to earn Rewards Credits.

Microsoft rewards points or Xbox Rewards credits? The 2 programs are separate.

if you mean Xbox rewards credits, it depends on how many you have. Credits are automatically deposited after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. So it can depend on how long it takes you to earn the credits.

As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold. Also the previous rewards was 3,000 credits for a year of gold.

E. Rewards Credits Restrictions

1. Program Limit: The maximum number of Rewards Credits a participant can earn in a Program Year (July 1 to June 30) is 500,000.

Since your Credit amount last program year (July 2016 - June 2017) was above this amount, you were not earning Credits recently. Since the program year just refreshed, you should start seeing Credits again for your purchases.
