    I've purchased Battlefield 1 for Xbox One in December, but I didn't gain no points (mission with 1250 points, aim: buy a game on the store) from the mission... How can you help me?

    1st purchase on markerplace

    The rewards refers to the first purchase you ever made on the marketplace, not the first purchase made after joining Rewards. Sorry.

    50K points ??? I just bought the Gears 2TB edition 3 weeks ago...very sad.

    i have no points pending and did my purchase via chat on Thanksgiving day because the promo wasn't giving me expedited shipping. Chat assured me all was well and rewards would show after purchase....this is disappointing.

    How did you make the purchase? In order to qualify for that offer, the purchase has to be made using currency from your Microsoft account balance. Credit card/Paypal purchases do not count towards that offer.

    That offer is only for the first purchase made using funds from your Microsoft Account. Since you did not use your Microsoft Account to pay for this purchase, you did not complete that offer.

    you could use the Microft Rewards program. After a while you'll be able to redeem enough Rewards points for credits to purchase the game.
