No return shipping label emailed

Discus and support No return shipping label emailed in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I cannot print return label as there is no link on my device section.     No return shipping label emailed


    I cannot print return label as there is no link on my device section. The return has started but i cannot progress without the label. Ive tried everday for a week to talk to a human agent or get a callback and nothing works. please help me find a real person to eail me my warranty return shipping label or a phone number i can ring from ireland!

    Here's how to contact Xbox Support:

    > Sign in to your Microsoft account.
    > Follow the prompts to connect to a live chat agent.

    For Callback Support:

    > Select Xbox One
    > Select See more options then subscription changes
    > Select Show Contact options
    > Select Request a call from support

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives a request for a call from support as a contact option.

    If you're unable to contact them, try again at a later time."

    Not receiving Shipping Label via email for Xbox One S return.

    Why is this so difficult? Same exact thing. A Web page that returns literally, "[ ]", when one clicks the button "Get Shipping Label".

    Are you saying an email comes with the shipping label? I got an email about the return process, and logged in one sees what the OP shows when clicking "Get Shipping Label" ... taken to a page of "[ ]"

    If you contact UPS either by phone or via their website you can organise for them to collect it from your house or where ever you prefer to have it collected from.

    You should have been given a prepaid shipping label when you set up the return (it may be in email) and that will have the address on it.

    Are you returning a purchase? if so, then yes. All you need to do is to include everything you received in its original packaging and attach the return label to the shipping box. Make sure there are no other labels on the shipping box.
