No Response to Account Suspension Appeal – Recovered Account Still Permanently Suspended

The Xbox Live policy enforcement team is employed by Microsoft. and they Validate each and every permanent suspension. Regardless what your son tells you. They always validate before giving a permanent suspension. Once they issue a permanent suspension
and they say "Suspension will stand as issued" there decision is final and won't be overturned or appealed.

As Viral Cyrix mentioned. Once Permanently suspended its impossible to refund, re-download or recover the account. Once done you can't undo.

Suspension of an account isn't the same as an account lock

If your account as suspended while you lost access support can't help you lift the suspension

Thats beyond thier power nor does it remove whatever incured it

You have.to file an appeal directly on the enforcement.xbox.com

If it's just an account lock then all it is is recovering your account support can do that

You cannot transfer info between accounts period

However If they are saying your account is permanently suspended that still means you can sign into outlook.com or enforcement.xbox.com

It's just you can't use it on xbox or the xbox app

And if I were you I'd apply for an appeal soon since it has to be done within 1year of the suspension

Apologies for the late response, i never got a notification that there was a reply. When i try to access my account It just says " This account is permanently suspended from xbox live due to misconduct. " which it was not permanently suspended it was suspended for 14 days and i have the screenshots of the xbox enforcement page as proof of the 14 day suspension.

Console bans are permanent.

Console privilege suspensions aren't,which is what you have by the sounds of it.

These are usually issued to prevent someone from using a different account to avoid a suspension on their main account or because several accounts on the same console keep getting suspended.

You can not appeal console bans or suspensions so you will have to wait until the suspension is over.
