    i talked to support about my account being locked from purchases, and they said they would get back to me in 24 to 48 hours, and its been like a bit over 2 days and the still haven't responded, should i try and reconnect them about the issue?

    Anyone else getting spam messages about raffles

    I assumed whomever was responsible for the spam had gotten my gamertag from these very forums. I've blocked, I think, four spammers over the Christmas period and into 2015. Three for the raffles and one just last night for dominos pizza.

    Mmm... pizza.

    I haven't reported any of them though, I expect spam with any online experience. Plus, I've decided the response to reports is so slow, doing it is mostly useless. =)

    Apologies for the confusion. It appears that you misunderstood our response on your previous post (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/d919b5ba-4edd-4bc2-8874-bc72dc6d7974).
    Your actions will be awarded, as long as they are completed within the offer period. However, since it takes us 96 hours to process new activity, you could complete your achievements on August 31st, but not be awarded until four days afterward. However, once
    awarded, the rest of your Rewards should fall into place as expected.

    Therefore, while you can complete activity within the offer period, you may not be awarded until after the offer period. Even though the Reward will occur after the offer period, since you completed your actions within the offer period, you will receive
    your full Reward.
