    No respond from microsoft support for 2 weeks now.


    lost my microsoft (minecraft) account I start conversation with microsoft about it they locked the account. After that I start again conversation with them about if they can change the email. I send them the file with the info in it but I didn't get any respond about if they got the file. Soo I start conversation with them again. They sead that they got the file and I have to wait 72 hours but I wait for 2 weeks and I got any responds. I try to start conversation with them again but an Microsoft Xbox expert told me to report it here.

    Email from global support today.they are going to close service request due to inactivity?! Must respond within 48 hours. Been exchanging emails with 2 different support people for at least a week. Last one asked if I wanted them (support), to handle my
    repair (same unit repair, which I'm ok with at this point in time ) or if I wanted to call support myself and start the repair. I said " please, I would like you to handle it". Now I get this email. Have to wonder what is going on at Microsoft.

    Hi,

    Sorry to see you're going through this, unfortunately these forums aren't really for issues such as this. If you're having an issue where your gold membership expired before it was meant to, please make sure to check your Microsoft Commerce and Billing site
    here under Subscriptions (Click View History). You will be able to see when the subscription was started, when it was meant to end, and what sort of subscription it was.

    It's best if you contact phone support
    to get an update on your service request to find out what's going on with your account and the subscription that's meant to be on it.
