    no respect for customers


    truly such disrespect for customers wanted to complain got manager who dint want to take complaint, told me could not get any of my last calls to check, was rude and did not want to listen cut me off just before 9pm so i could not ring, back, was promised
    yesterday a 2 hour call back from manager never happened today cut off 3 times all because i want to complain, but xbox dont care, still not had my complaint taken, so its now 4 different people i want investigated fully within this company and i will be taking
    this matter outside this discusting company.
