Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

Also, I would like to clarify, when you mentioned that no reset option is working are you attempting to reset the console but it isn't responding or you were able to reset the console and it's still isn't working?

Also, to check if it's the console or the controller, have you tried using a different controller?

I talked to the support and wie tryed to factory reset the x box but its not worked the same Problem whit my x box one x so now the series x and my one x not working anymore

me too!! i can enter months, date but no keyboard or drop down box appears for year. the continue button with an X enter symbol shows works but under it the privacy policy and Y symbol doesn’t work either when pressing Y. i’ve tried just pressing x/continue and it won’t work bc the year ain’t put in

I have this exact problem. Tried resetting the x box multiple times, same problem even with the new controller I got. I can. Turn on the Xbox by pressing the home button on my controller, however won't work in any game or app. Also freezes when trying to
send a message or rename anything.

Sadly none of these options work. The Xbox does not “reset” as said to speak nor does my sync button even work anymore as I am unable to connect my controller to it. Also it doesn’t put a picture on the tv & I’ve tried 3 different tv’s and multiple hdmi’s . Also the sync and power button on my console doesn’t work when I try to do the reset instead just my power button being held down seems to restart the console and trust me I have tried for the last 3 hours with this .might I add that My 5 year old Xbox one runs better than the new series s 😅 real disappointment
