    I have recently applied for the rewards program and recieved a email saying it would take 2 days for them to accept my application. I have never recieved any follow up emails confirm or denying me.

    Why do the enforcement team never reply to posts the only way to connect with them is to post and yet they don't reply don't even think they read them is stupid I pay all this money and Xbox fail to give the support needed

    there is no approval or denial system. It just takes a few days to process. If you visit www.rewards.xbox.com and can log in and interact with the website then you should be good to go. If there is still an error
    something will pop up and a reward staffer will be able to double check your account.

    I discourage you to send multiple request or ticket to the Microsoft Rewards team here https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?LinkID=823675 because it will delay more your case. Please wait for their reply because possible they're receiving volume of requests for review.

    Alternatively, you may also directly report the issue to the Xbox team via the Report a problem app on your console so the issue will be investigated properly. You may check the guide from the link below on how to report it:
