    it nice to find out you get a 90 day warranty on a elite controller..after spending $200 nz on a elite controller and it now unplayable due to drifting and only 6 month old..,only run 4 sets of batteries thought it so it still like new,,just to get told
    it bad luck Chuck it in the bin...nice one...why was I a Full to trade my ps4 in on a Xbox-one X..... guarantee I will be trading in the Xbox and never go back to it

    Really sorry to hear about your Xbox Elite Controller troubles! 6 replacements in 6 months certainly isn't normal, and as a gamer who uses his Elite controller on a day-to-day basis, I personally haven't experienced any issues with my launch day controller.
    So that we can best help out, can you clarify what's going on with the bumpers of your controller?

    Elite Controller left bumper is loose

    My left bumper on my elite controller is loose. If I were to hold the controller upside down the outside end of the bumper clears the controller body. I've had this controller for less than 6 months and it has been treated very well. I'd like to speak
    to someone about a replacement.

    You might call Xbox Support one more time and see if they can create a repair order (an exchange) for your controller.

    Yes...all xbox accessories just have a 90 day warranty. Either buy the Xbox brand accessories from a retailer that offers extended warranties or don't buy Xbox brand accessories.

    If the controller is under 6 months old you can send it of for a replacement but apart from that I would suggest buying a new controller sadly.
