    Need to know what is the problem because it is very frustrating for me i have more than 78000 credit .

    So please can you help me with this problem ?

    I also received this "We cannot attempt a deposit into your account since you do not have a French Microsoft Billing Account. Since we can only deposit matching regional currencies, we cannot deposit EUR from your French Rewards Account into a non-EUR Billing
    Account
    ."

    And this is a problem too ,because i have a French Billing address and i redeemed a EUR gift card .

    So ,what can i do to make my account right in every way ?

    Or what can you do ?

    My Solution is :What if you convert the 78000 credit i have by sending me a 5x5 code with the amount in the correct currency ?

    i really need the money as the holidays gifts are coming .

    I've seen this for 6 months or more and I haven't been getting any of my rewards since I do most of my purchases on my xbox digitally.

    Your deposit is being prevented due to a mismatch between your French Rewards Account region and your British Microsoft Account region. When you register into the Rewards program, we create a Rewards account based on your Microsoft Account region at the
    time of registration. Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating your Microsoft Account region will not also change your Rewards Account region. Therefore, when your Rewards Account attempts a deposit in one regional
    currency, it cannot complete when your Microsoft Account is of a differing currency.

    However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update your Microsoft account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location. Another option if
    you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Xbox Live region is to opt out of the program at (https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/), wait 48 hours and then sign back up again, which can also take 48 hours.

    While you will lose your progress by starting a brand new account, you can start earning Rewards Credits that will successfully reward your newly registered regional currency. To confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join date
    from the MyRewards page at (Xbox Live Rewards). If your join date shows a specific date, then your account has successfully been re-registered. If you see “???” then your account is still
    being created. If you open a new post after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request any pending deposits from your old account to your new one.

    You told me that my Microsoft account and xbox live reward account do not match ,But my Microsoft account was in France before i receive this error,only after i received this error i changed it to UK.

    1-I have to change my account region back to France , Which will be on February 2018. Right ? 2-If i opt out from xbox live reward program i loose my credit .But can i get the credit back after ? "If you open a new post after being able to log in to your
    new Rewards account, you can request any pending deposits from your old account to your new one."

    Please XBLRewards8 Help me with this issue .
