No refund received after two and a half months.

How do you file a complaint against an escalation team? My account was used without authorization to make 58 purchases totaling $1,680. I filed a refund claim and the refund team concurred with the claim and "issued" me a refund for each and all transactions.
It has been almost two and a half months since then and I have not actually recieved the money back in my account! Customer support has escalated the claim multiple times and I still do not have any answers and there is no way to actually communicate with
these escalation teams! It is extremely frustrating and Customer Service representatives seem to have no actual authority to assist and get me the answers I am seeking. How do I actually talk to these escalation team members and get some answers?

When you say your account you mean your credit card account on your MS account?

If this was the case and you sign into your account at account.microsoft.com and look at the order history does the charges in question show as refunded?

If so then that means MS has processed the refunds on their side and it would be up to your bank to put the money back into your account.

Your credit card on an account that you do not own?

The only thing MS can do here is take the Credit card off of the account in question and you would then of had to go to your bank and file a fraud claim with them for the refund.

When you say you were given a refund you filled out the refund form online at

And were given refunds by the refund department?

It was my MS account, and yes my Order History indicates Refund Issued.

I originally submitted the Refund Claim Form and shortly thereafter received 58 emails saying each transaction would be refunded and I should see it in a few days. I few days later the order status said Refund Failed. After a couple more days I was able
to talk with someone that noticed the refunds didn't actually go through, and they attempted to Re-issue each refund. This seemed to work as the Order History changed status to Refund Issued. However, after two and a half months, my financial institution has
not received any refunds. I have contacted my financial institution multiple times and they have assured me they have zero transactions pending for any refund.

At the end of the day your account is your responsibility and you will most likely have to seek restitution elsewhere.
