No refund on accidental duplicate purchase?

I accidentally downloaded both the SD and HD versions of a movie. I only watched the HD version. Was told I would not be refunded for the accidental download. This policy seems harsh, and will certainly make me think twice before using the service again.
Below is my response to the notice that my request for a refund was denied:

“How very disappointing. This item was clearly ordered in error. I downloaded the SD version of the film, and then immediately ordered the HD version. I watched the HD version, and did not play the SD version. The fact that Microsoft will not issue a refund
on a $3 purchase made clearly in error frankly just stinks of greed, and would seem to indicate that this is an automated process, not actually staffed by people.

Thanks for nothing, you’ve really disappointed this customer. I will seek other options before using this service in future.”

After you have filled out the form keep in mind it may take up to 72 hours to get a response.

http://commerce.microsoft.com if doesnt get, you will need to contact the official Xbox Support. They are the only ones that can determine if a refund is possible or not.
