    No record of Forza Horizon 3 being gifted to me from Microsoft stopping me from playing it


    I was gifted Forza Horizon 3 on Christmas 2017 from Microsoft but I went to play it the other day it asked if I owned the game so I contacted Xbox support and they said it would be fixed if I uninstalled it and reinstall it so I did and then it had no record
    of me owning it and they had a look and I was told that I didn’t have a license to play it and there was no record of me buying it or it being gifted to me and I know for sure that it was not shared to me so they believe that insider club had something to
    do with it.

    Forza Horizon 3 lost license

    I was gifted Forza Horizon 3 Christmas 2017 and I was playing most of last week but one day it stopped working and asked if I owned the game so I contacted Microsoft and they said I didn’t have the license to play it and there was no record of me being gifted
    it from them and they said someone must’ve shared it I said no so they said it could be because I am an insider and contact the Xbox insider forum. If this isn’t the right place to post this can someone tell where is

    Forza Horizon 3 was gifted to me by a friend on PC a while ago and i want to install it again but sadly no games show up in my library for games.

    Codes are still being sent out, but if you are eligible for the Warthog in-game, you should be able to access it from the menu of Forza Horizon 3 under inbox and gift car.

    Its seems Forza Horizon 2 definitely has something to do with the issue, it happened to me as well, only after i played Forza Horizon 2(digital), perhaps connecting the controller via USB without the batteries will stop it from auto-off temporarily.
