No reconoce mi game pass[Does not recognize my game pass]

As you can pretty much gather from the earlier replies, Game Pass and Xbox Live Gold are separate services.

Game Pass lets you play some games without straight up purchasing them as well as helps you get some of them with a discount. Xbox Live Gold is the one that lets you play with your friends and other people in general and message them too.

Tengo game pass pero mi cuenta no reconoce para jugar en linea, me da acceso a descarga de juegos pero de igual manera no puedo jugar en linea a que se debera ya reinicie la consola y borre mi cuenta para vincular de nuevo pero nada parece funcionar.

Mi game pass no puedo jugar online por que y ahora me dice que tambien necesito gold necesito las 2 para jugar online ya las pague y no puedo jugar todavia por que me sucede eso?

you need a GOLD sub to play any online game or have a game have online functionality thats not included with game pass

You need a subscription to Xbox Live as well to be able to play online. Having Gamepass alone is not enough
